Some companies tell their technicians to SELL , which is telling you (the customer) that you need certain work just to make extra money, even though you don t need it. At R.A. Electric, we will quote you a price for only what you need. Sometimes all you need is a GFCI reset, we will only reset the GFCI, and not tell you to change the GFCI outlet just to make extra money.

We do quality control on every job that is performed; one of our quality control personnel will call the client the following day to ask questions to know if you the client is satisfied in every way. It s a quick call which will help us monitor our technicians to make sure we are performing like we promise we will. We don t tolerate any bad behavior from our technicians.
